Lyndy Wilson: Alter Ego
Exhibition 6 June - 23 June 2025. Lyndy Wilson's first solo exhibition at Art by the Sea presents a variety of subject matter that showcases her remarkable painterly skills. Her NZ landscape paintings reflect the beauty of her beloved Waikato awa where she lives on the banks of and witnesses the passage of moonlight on its waters. Her figurative work draws further on her Tainui heritage and experiences of inter-connectedness as well as isolation of the individual. Lyndy has planned for this exhibition since mid-2024 and this is a prime opportunity to see all her styles in a single showing.
