Descendents of the forest

Kia ora tatou thanks for taking the time to check out my lastest work and exhibition.
We, as living beings, are all descendents of Tane as we rely on the oxygen he creates to live.
Tanemahuta the son of Papatuanuku mother earth and Ranginui sky father, Tane was sick of
living in darkness as his mother and father never separated so he decided to split them apart.
So he rooted his legs into the earth and with his arms he pushed his father to the sky
which created oxygen and life on earth.

These works give back life to all these individual trees that once stood as ancient forests and
gave life once upon a time.
