Initially renowned for his "Toetoe" Installation series of limited edition prints from photos that Christian took after placing Toetoe around several iconic areas of Auckland City Harbour and its outskirts. Christian is a fulltime New Zealand artist and has completed a number of grand-scale installations using natural materials. He is also an abstract painter and sculptor and his works embody a narrative that reflects his love of the great outdoors, his childhood experiences, surfing and contemporary beach scenes and landscapes. Christian's artwork touches the nostalgia nerve within a wide variety of ages.
